once upon a time, Melrose and Juliet met when immediatley when Melrose moved to Marina del Ray. They were in the same class and seated next to eachother. From a very young age Melrose was not the most friendly person in the world, sure she was nice to her friends but there was nothing worse than acting liked someone, so she didn't. It wasn't that Melrose didn't like Juliet, but it was that she was her one competition and she knew that. They got to talking and there was no possible way that Melrose could have hated Juliet, infact there was no way she couldn't go without this girl as her bestfriend. They arranged to hang out outside of school and were soon attached at the hips. The girls families ended up knowing eachother from the sub-division and it seemed like they were constantly together. An unbeatable combination. But then, Juliet fell off the face of the planet, well maybe not the face of the planet, but of the southern coast. Now she's home and their relationship isn't at it's best, but there isn't a doubt it won't be someday.
